In general, given that the work involved in each matter is different, the fees will therefore ordinarily vary from case to case. 

The fees of the coordinating office, Spanish Conveyancing Services SL range, for general work (not conveyancing) from 120 Euros to 150 Euros per hour, depending on the nature of the work involved, the expertise required and the fee earner who should handle the same. Certain areas of work, such as coveyancing and Will drafting are charged at a flat fee (subject to complexity etc).

It is the general practice of Spanish Conveyancing Services to provide a detailed breakdown showing the work undertaken on the case and the time spent, as well as to try to bill at regular intervals so that the client is kept apprised of the fees being incurred.
